CUSTOMER SERVICE


Heat Seal Equipment Ltd. was founded in 1975 when we began producing insulation blowing machines. In 1986 the business expanded with the production of duct cleaning machines and tools. All of our machines and tools are designed, built and sold from our factory.

COMMITMENT TO SERVICE
Order by 2 pm (EST) and we will usually ship the same day.

WARRANTY
All our tools and accessories carry a full warranty against any manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.

PAYMENT TERMS
Net 30 days to customers with established credit.
For express shipments, credit card is required.

NEW CUSTOMERS
Accepted credit cards are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

PRICES
Prices quoted are FOB Ajax. Freight charges will be added to the invoice.

SHIPPING
We ship the most economical means available, usually UPS standard ground service. The following services are also available but there is an additional freight charge for any of these express services.
8:00am next business day
10:30am next business day
2 day service (by 5pm at end of 2nd business day) not including ship date
3 day service (by 5pm at end of 3rd business day) not including ship date
Saturday service
